Anyone wishing to donate towards the “Trophy Fund”, may do so by sending a cheque or money order to the Treasurer Mrs. Helen Castles, 1820 Gippsland Hwy, Fiveways, 3977. Catalogue A three generation pedigree of each exhibit will be published in the Souvenir Catalogue, under the dog’s name, which will require a data base to be set up. To enable the Club to set up such data base, it would be appreciated if exhibitors intending to enter their dogs would forward a copy of their dog’s Pedigree/Registration papers now, and not leave it until entries close. To set up such data base will require a great deal of work, so please do not leave this until entries close; Understandably, Baby Puppy and Minor Puppy Class entries will have to be forwarded with entries. Please forward as many Pedigrees as possible now.
